Michele is not just a speaker—she’s a practitioner who has spent decades in the trenches of HR leadership and consulting. Her insights come from 15 years of hands-on experience as a corporate HR leader, followed by over a decade of consulting with more than 200 early-stage and high-growth companies. Michele's credibility stems from doing the work, navigating real-world challenges, and driving results for organizations. 

In addition to her extensive practical experience, Michele graduated in December 2024 with a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Certificate in Organization Development from the University of Texas, Tyler.

While she frequently speaks on a wide range of HR and business topics, her relevance and thought leadership come from her active involvement in shaping people strategies and fostering cultures of excellence. Her presentations are rooted in practical experience, making her insights both engaging and actionable for her audiences.

Michele is also a business leader, mentor, and community leader. She serves on the Boards of DallasHR, Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors, and is an active volunteer with the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur Academy, Code to College, and is a member of HERTexas, and SHRM. Michele was the 2024 recipient of DallasHR’s HR Consultant of the Year, and a finalist for DEI Leader of the Year.
