Effective LEADER-COACH (E-LV) - Level 1 Mastery

Participants are expected to demonstrate mastery of the first three steps of the coaching model (F-O-C) and an understanding of the awareness topics by delivering live teach backs.

Participants will give and receive competency-based feedback on their interactions during the session.

Hot topic coaching will allow participants to be coached on current topics and further demonstrate the coaching model and competencies.
