Easier to do it yourself than delegate? Tired of having the same conversation over and over again?
In this module, participants will learn how to create a meaningful dialogue that leads to getting better results from others.
By applying the competencies, Active Listening, and Powerful Questioning, participants discover the connection between what they are hearing and how they respond to how others deliver.

• Actualize the competencies: Active Listening and Powerful questioning by identifying three specific behavioral attributes that effectively demonstrate each competency
• Discover barriers that prevent active listening
• Apply techniques to minimize barriers
• Use change management components to make personal changes
• Craft powerful questions in the moment
• Explain the benefits of inquiry
